Hello! My name is Brandi Braley, and I am a mortgage loan advisor at Neighborhood Mortgage in Bellingham. A bit about me and my background:

I received my Associates Degree in Accounting from Portland Community College, then went on to get a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Portland State University.

 
I have worked in the accounting field for 15 years, with 11 of those years working at the Alpha Group in Bellingham. While with the Alpha Group, I held numerous accounting positions including Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and Senior Financial Analyst. With my accounting background and love for real estate, I eventually transitioned into becoming a Mortgage Loan Advisor in 2017.

I spent 8 years moving around the country, exploring the areas where I lived… but with my love of the Pacific Northwest and a desire to be closer to my family, I moved back to Bellingham in 2004, where I enjoy getting out and exploring all that the area has to offer. When not in the office, you can find me spending time with my family, traveling, or reading a good book.

Along with helping people purchase and refinance their homes, I am also the Reverse Mortgage Specialist at Neighborhood Mortgage. This role gives me the opportunity to work with seniors in the community to help them stay in their homes that they love. I feel that every moment is a chance to make a difference in someone’s life.
